The Journey
From the sampling room to the showroom — one continuous thread. This is how an order moves through Victorious Industries, photographed on our own floor, not from a stock library.
Stage 01 — Sampling
Every order begins in the sampling room. Patterns are drafted, fits are perfected and samples are turned around fast — so production starts right the first time.
Stage 02 — Fabric
Fine knits, printed knits, ribs and trims sourced through a supplier network built over four decades — Ahmedabad, Surat, Mumbai, Ludhiana and China. Every lot is inspected and shade-banded before a single cut.
Stage 03 — CAD & Cutting
Markers are planned in our CAD room and drawn on an in-house plotter for maximum fabric utilisation. Layers are spread, cut, numbered and bundled — every panel traceable back to its lay.
Stage 04 — Printing
Value addition happens under our own roof. An MHM automatic carousel runs alongside manual table printing — so placement prints, all-overs and specialty finishes never leave the factory.
Stage 05 — Stitching
The heart of the factory: 500 machines across balanced sewing lines, turning bundles of cut panels into finished garments — with quality checked in-line, not just at the end.
Stage 06 — Finishing
Trimming, pressing and 100% final checking. Every piece is measured against the buyer's spec before it is allowed anywhere near a carton.
Stage 07 — Packing & Dispatch
Folded, tagged, packed to buyer spec and dispatched on time — the thread that started in the sampling room leaves as a finished garment.
Stage 08 — The Showroom

Victorious Industries is the sister concern of Vertex Industries, carrying forward a family legacy of 40+ years in textile manufacturing and exports — a legacy that has supplied global retailers and moved into knitting in 2012.
